Merit Scholarship Semifinalists provide updates regarding the status of the competition
The National Merit Scholarship program is an academic competition where students with the highest PSAT/NMSQT scores can win a $2500 scholarship, a Corporate-sponsored Merit Scholarship award and or a College-sponsored Merit scholarship award. The program began in 1955 and is a not-for-profit organization.
