The bulk ferment is when the yeast fully developed through rest. The dough should nearly double in size and get bubbly. The warmer the environment, the faster the dough will ferment. 9:10 a.m. Students in a sophomore English class play with a puppy brought in by a student to celebrate what she is thankful for in preparation for the upcoming holiday. The terrier puppy was recently rescued from a puppy mill.
