Poppy Livingstone ’21 joined Advanced Journalism after sitting in on layouts and is now the Assistant Creative Director for Inklings, a job that combines her passion for art and her love of journalism.
“I love writing but I’m very drawn to art and drawing,” Livingstone said.
Outside of the newsroom and the art studio, Livingstone has a love for exploring. She spent her summer in Washington hiking and climbing mountains in a process she described as exhaustive; though she believes it was rewarding.
“I like discovering new things in the places I’ve already been,” Livingstone said, citing her love to discover as another reason she takes part in Inklings. “I like asking questions and finding things out.”
