Opinions Editor Charley Guthartz ’22 knows the importance of self discovery.
“I was always a big sports girl,” Guthartz said. “I always played field hockey and lacrosse.”
In her earlier years of high school, she tried to juggle sports and journalism before realizing she preferred to write about sports over playing them.
Guthartz credits the switch to the Inklings environment that allows her to speak her mind and write about her passions.
“If you had asked me three years ago, I would have said no way,” Guthartz said. “But being in this class changed my whole perspective on journalism.”
