Lake Lust ’19, Editor In Chief
Whether playing viola or constantly reading and drawing, Lake Lust ’19 has always had a passion for the arts. Their love for journalism launched after participating in Ursus, their middle school newspaper. Lust took the intro to journalism course at Staples and realized that journalism could become their career. After working hard during her years on Inklings, they now hold the editor in chief position. Lust loves how journalism is a broad field, and that anyone with an interest can find a niche, whether it be writing, photography, media or design. They find comfort in the community of Inklings and appreciates how important the paper is to everyone who takes part. “Journalism really stands out to me,” Lust said, “because it’s a way to clarify things for the world.”
