Journalism has always been a passion for Web Managing Editor Giselle Oldani ’22. To her, Inklings is an opportunity to do good in the world.
“There’s so many people that need help and need exposure and so many things to bring awareness to, and I just want to be a part of contributing to that transparency,” she said.
Oldani believes that journalism is important in society and wants to help people by bringing important issues to light.
“It’s essential to write about those things for America’s democracy to function correctly,” she said, “and I feel like journalists have an essential [role] in America.”
