You can catch her zooming by on the skating rink, composing sports articles, or catching up on her summer work—Lia Chen ’20 can’t wait to start on Inklings.
Chen will be the sports editor for the paper this year and is not short of athletic experience of her own. “I am on the US team for synchronized skating,” Chen said. “I get to go to international competitions, it’s pretty cool!”
Chen enjoys working on teams to contribute to a common goal. As such, she is excited to contribute to Inklings’ goal of informing the public on local and Staples events.
“I can’t wait to be writing more and getting in touch with local events,” Chen said
