Lauren Wasserman ’19 has had a passion for writing since a young age, and that contributes to her love for English and journalism at Staples. Wasserman explained why she takes Advanced Journalism, “I really like English and I wanted to take more English classes.” Going into her second year of Inklings, Wasserman is taking on the task of opinions paper editor. Although Inklings is a large part of her life, she has also been swimming since her freshman year of high school. One of the most important lessons Wasserman has learned from Inklings is how to manage her time more efficiently, “It’s taught me time management because the class is very self-run forcing me to be more independent.”
