Emily Stone ’20 is one of the two business directors for Inklings. Business has always interested her, and she has worked her way up the ranks in Inklings. Stone looks for things that let her explore different options that will pay off later in life.“Advanced Journalism provides opportunities for students to experience a huge variety of different careers and gain a greater education in many different fields,” Stone said. Her passion for business has led her to help create new ideas, such as having prizes for selling ads, subscriptions, sponsorships and memberships. Not only is she changing the financial side of “Inklings,” but she’s helping keep the environment friendly. “I’m a dad joke enthusiast,” Stone said before telling one of her favorite jokes. This is just the start of a successful year on Inklings for Stone.
