While Kevin Rabacs ’19 may be new to the Inklings community, he has plenty of experience as a representative of Staples High School. As a student athlete, Rabacs plays on the Staples football and baseball teams. He believes that his experience in these sports will also come in handy in Inklings. “I [can use my experience in sports by] being able to work with different people and trying to achieve goals,” Rabacs said. “Inklings seems like a team in itself.”
Rabacs heard about the class from his brother and his brother’s friends who had enjoyed the class. This led to Rabacs taking Intro to Journalism, which he liked more than he’d expected. His newfound love of writing, coupled with his ability to work well with others is what ultimately inspired him to join the Inklings community.
