12:44 p.m. During period six, members of the administration could be seen running around the lobby desk in search of one of Staples’ most notorious visitors—a mouse. Assistant Principal Karyn Morgan and grade level assistant Dee Hychko, respectively armed with a Trader Joe’s paper bag and a yardstick, tried to catch the mouse as it scurried under a trash can. The mouse was last seen climbing up the wall and through the window of Principal John Dodig’s office, to Morgan’s dismay.
