Evi Tarshis ’20
After enjoying Introduction to Journalism, Evi Tarshis ’20 is excited for the year ahead as a staff writer. With a love for traveling, she took on a new adventure by attending a two week program at the University of California Los Angeles studying journalism this summer. She was able to gain insight on the industry and further her learning. The course made her realize her favorite type of pieces to write. “I would say opinions is my favorite section to write for because I like to put my own voice into something meaningful,” Tarshis said. Other than journalism, Tarshis loves to binge Gossip Girl and read all types of literature. Ready to embark on her latest journalism experience,Tarshis is happy to start her first year on Inklings.
