Sophomores triumph at National History Day

Starting from 9:40 am and continuing until noon, judges came around and scored the visual and informational aspects of each presentation.

Instead of sleeping in, on Saturday, March 21, sophomores took their historical knowledge and creative talents to Fairfield University for National History Day

National History is an annual competition that half a million middle and high schoolers across

the country take part in. This year’s theme was leadership and legacy which meant every website, exhibit, paper, documentary or performance had to have a connection the theme.
