On Thursday, Aug. 23, Staples faculty and incoming ninth graders gathered for the annual freshman barbecue in the courtyard.

The Chartwell staff provided hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks, and all the fix-ins for staff and students getting together for another academic year.
