Inklings News

Julia Kasabian ’21
Julia Kasabian ’21 is entering her first year with Inklings. Kasabian is serving as a staff writer as she embarks on her sophomore year at Staples High School. “I joined Inklings because I really enjoyed taking Intro [to journalism] last year,” Kasabian said. “I like to write and I thought that this would be a really interesting way to participate in Staples.” Outside of writing for Inklings, Kasabian has been a dancer since the age of three. On top of Inklings, she plans on participating in Staples Players this year. Kasabian’s favorite thing about Staples is how there are so many different people which creates a big community. Kasabian loves sushi from around town and from the Staples cafeteria. Her favorite restaurant is Tarry Lodge while her favorite spot in Westport is downtown. After spending her summer at sleepaway camp in New Hampshire, Julia is excited to start her Inklings career on a strong note.
