Students playing fall sports met last week before the start of school for their preseason practices and tryouts for the upcoming season.
Athletes had to say an early goodbye to sleeping in and long, relaxing summer days as they donned swim caps, broke in new cleats amd geared up to compete in games, FCIACS and States.
Fall sports include boys and girls soccer, field hockey, girls volleyball, girls swimming and diving, boys waterpolo, football and cheerleading, and boys and girls cross country.
