As students, we all know that studying can be tedious and boring. In order to endure those long nights, it is important to stay energized, focused and satisfied. Here are five healthy snacks that can help you survive those long nights studying:

1. Carrots and Guacamole or Hummus
While one might resort to the conventional chips and guacamole, substitute those carbs with carrots. Carrots alongside the guacamole or hummus are a healthy and popular snack because they boost the nutritional value of the snack.
