Many students struggle with the high workload, competition and resulting stress of hard classes. Two high-achieving students, Viveca Schreiner ’23 and Amy Hogan ’22, give their thoughts on how taking responsibility for your mindset can help to cope with stress.

Staples is notorious for producing successful, academically-oriented students; however, the competitive environment can take a toll on the student body, including high-achieving students. Two upperclassmen were asked about the pressure of Staples and the relationship between academic achievement and self-worth.
