This past weekend the Fashion for a Cause club, started this fall by Emerson Kobak ’18, held its first ever fashion show at Toquet Hall.

After meeting once a week since October and spending hours of their own time, seven of the club members, including club founder and president Kobak ’18, created two collections modeled by their very own peers.

The event started at 7 P.M. and was sold out by parents, teachers and family of Kobak ’18. With over 130 people watching, the show included music from the band of Staples students Green Balloon, DJ Alex Gwartz, and special guest Ayana Brown from the Dress for Success organization.
